The Human Resources (HR) Officer/Executive shall provide full spectrum HR support to the HR Manager which includes but not limited to recruitment, talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, training and development, performance and reward management and employee relations. The HR Officer/Executive shall assist the Heads of Department and staff on performance reviews, personnel policies and others.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management
At least 5 years’ working experience in related field
Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices
Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player and interpersonal skills
Independent, meticulous and pleasant disposition
