Job Responsibility for People Management Officer:

• Responsible for OA Maintenance from collecting data, amending Organization Structure and position structure
• Responsible for Organization Chart from receiving request to amend or create, collecting data, liaise with HOD for the amendment, getting approval from top management and publishing the amended Organization Chart.
• Planning, Proposing training to superior for employee’s development
• Keep track of the HRDF fund and making sure the fund is utilized from time to time.
• •To handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
• Support across multiple HR functions.
• Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments.
• Implement company or departmental policies, procedures, and quality/service standards.

Working Days: 5 Days / Week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM 

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Must be Proficient in Mandarin and English . Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or any related field.
• Prefer 1 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources or Administration.
• Strong attention to detail and Meticulous.
• Capable of working under pressure.
