Penerangan Pekerjaan - Human Resources & Recruitment - Dynamic Team

We are in need of a hardworking Human Resources & Recruitment to join our diverse team at Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Career Purpose:
    To discover and groom talents to grow in a fast-paced industry.

    Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interview, shortlisting, reference check, salary negotiation and employment offer.
  • Partner with the hiring manager to understand recruitment demands and requirements in order to assess the candidate quality, skills and fit for a position.
  • Identify suitable sourcing tools in the market & conduct research to source the qualified candidates.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure all new hire documents are completed.
  • Handle confirmation, change of employment conditions, resignation, probation evaluation, re-designation, promotion, staff exit, performance appraisal, policy update and other related support.
  • Perform HR administration including applicants tracking, onboarding kit preparation, letter issuance, e-leave maintenance, update organisation charts, and report analysis.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence on selected platforms for branding & promote job openings.
  • Develop talent networking (eg: Linkedin connection / hunting etc) to meet hiring and staffing needs.
  • Work closely with Payroll regarding statutory requirements / labour law update.
  • Other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in any fields.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as full time recruiter. Either in-house or agency.
  • Basic knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Tech savvy, interpersonal skills, independent, detail oriented, proactive, creative thinking & problem solving.
  • Added bonus if proficient in Mandarin as this role required to liaise with Mandarin speaker.
