Job Overview: -
The HR Specialist play a key role in delivering exceptional HR services to our organization by providing expert advice, support, and solutions to employees and management. This role requires an in-depth understanding of HR policies, processes, procedures, systems, and best practices.
Job Responsibilities: -
- Manage HR knowledge base, including developing, maintaining, and updating HR shared knowledge base, sorting out and summarizing processes, systems and FAQs and sharing training for the team.
- Act as a central point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support employees with a range of HR services.
- Collaborate with various HR functions to address and resolve employee concerns and issues.
- Oversee HR data and records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event meet business objectives and align with the company culture.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Responsible in develop from scratch, implement, and maintain procedures, policy manuals, employee handbook, an FAQ knowledgebase and other reference materials to assist in answering employee/manager inquiries and resolving issues.
- Generate an analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Promote continuous improvement of HR business process quality and form staff-oriented shared business processes and standard working documents.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to employee relations and event planning.
Job Requirements: -
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skill, attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups.
- Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Comfort in a start-up environment and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) are essential.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technology tools. Possess knowledge and experience with “BIPO” System would be an added advantage.
