Human Resoure Executive - Rapid Progression

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources Management or Administrative Management, with experience in the retail industry being preferred.
• Familiar with labor laws, regulations, and human resources management knowledge in Malaysia, capable of compliantly handling various personnel issues.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks including maintaine employee records, preparing HR related letter & report, managing HR systems and software
• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll administration function including record keeping, payroll processing, computation of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EA Form and Form E.
• Responsible for the office administration including monitoring general building repairs & maintenance, insurance renewal, stationery management, office system, equipment, office pantry and etc.
• Support and manage full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, orientation, appraisal & evaluations, management of attendance & leave, compensation & benefits administration, recommending changes to sustain business performance
• Liaison with agent for all foreign workers matter
• Responsible in foreign workers management i.e. employment pass, working permit application, renewal, etc complying to Malaysia Immigration regulations.
• Develop and implement systematization and streamlining of company processes, optimizing workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
