Hybrid Application Engineer

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
2. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our offerings.
3. Assist in the design, development, and optimization of applications using our products.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and FAQs.

Sales Engineer

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in APAC.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related field) or equivalent experience.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in traction motor, EDU for EV & servo motor & integrated drive for industrial automation.
3. Proven experience in a technical sales or application engineering role, preferably within the industrial automation sector.
4. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts and solutions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in English; additional language skills (Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
8. Willingness to travel overseas as required.
