Key Responsibilities:
- Client Master Data compliance review.
- Reconciliation and analysis of account balances during month end process.
- Cooperation with business departments.
- Able to manage a team of 5-10 people.
- Report periodically to stakeholders about billing team performance.
- Participation in continuous process improvement and implementation new technologies.
- Update of process documentation where needed as result of improvements.
- Training junior staff and supervising of their activities and bring in line with Taxonomy and improve engagement of the team.
- Overseeing a few countries in terms of billing which drives lock up days and unbilled down
- Bring competitive environments within team.
Key Requirements:
- University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Must have D365 Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position.
- Experience with shared services will be an asset.
- Good command of English (both verbal and written).
- MS Office knowledge.
- Knowledge of accounting rules.
- Experience with process documentation and implementations new systems will be an asset.
- Good communication and analytical skills and ability to lead the team
