Our technology starts with you.\n\nThe AR Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable operations for the assigned entities, ensuring timely and accurate billing, cash application, collection, and reporting. The role includes managing a small team, driving process improvements, and partnering with internal stakeholders (Sales, Business Control, Finance, SSC functions) to reduce past due, improve forecast accuracy, and support audits/compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead and supervise the AR/Collection team (work allocation, coaching, performance follow\u2011up).\n * Monitor AR KPIs (DSO, past due, disputes, rework, forecast accuracy) and drive corrective actions.\n * Review and support complex customer accounts: escalations, disputes, payment plans, credit holds.\n * Coordinate with Sales, Business Control, CRM, and other functions to resolve recurring issues.\n * Ensure adherence to group policies, SOX/internal controls, and month\u2011end closing deadlines.\n * Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives and system/projects (e.g., automation,\n\n\n\nSKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES: \n. Bachelor\u0027s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field \n. Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections \n. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the complete Microsoft Office suite. \n. Business-level proficiency in English (both written and verbal) \n.
