Location: Johor

Responsibilities:

• Participate in scheduled meetings with 3PL to resolve issues related to warehouse operation plan.
• Coordinate with 3PL and make the best use of all available resources, including manpower, equipment & tools, etc.
• Provide training to 3PL to ensure that they are able to carry out their functions in a safe, timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with 3PL to ensure they carry out regular cycle count and reconciliation.
• Perform post goods receipt / issue / cancellation into WMS.
• Ensure inventory and data integrity.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder for timely pick-up and delivery.
• Perform import/export booking and shipping documentation (packing lists, invoice and certificate of origin), as well as coordinate with various internal departments on shipping activities.
• Attend to shipment discrepancy (verification, investigation and claims as appropriate).
• Responsible for generating warehouse & shipping reports.
• Carry out and drive continuous improvement in performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Health, Safety, Security, & Environment implementation and support ISO9001/14001/ISO45001 activities

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in logistics/warehouse management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in MNC distribution center environment or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP and WMS.
