Inbound Tour Operation Assistant

Travel Agents/Consultants (Hospitality & Tourism)

• Assist superior on prepare bookings with hotels, transportation, tour guides, entrance tickets, itinerary and all operation matters etc.
• Assist superior on planning of new tour attractions itinerary, tour packages and data entry.
• Deliver and maintain high quality and consistent customer service over the Phone, Emails and in person.
• Contribute to effective communication by constantly seeking and sharing accurate and up-to-date information with superior.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned documentation for all tours matter.

Requirement

• Education: SPM and Diploma or Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
• Work Experience: With MICE/Event Arrangement work experience is an added advantage.
• Software Proficiency: MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and TAS System is an added advantage.
• Required Languages: Proficient in English and Simplified Mandarin Pinyin.
• Qualities: Possess 'can do' positive attitude, able to work as a team and independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Malaysia Historical, Map and State Location is required.
• Skills: Good communication and track records for reporting daily work, result oriented and able to work with tight deadlines.
