Penerangan Pekerjaan - Incident Management Specialist


Your role at Exness:


Responsible for managing incident-related activities such as firefighting, updating the documentation, conducting meetings and providing support of the incident management process. This job includes BAU activities and Incident activities. During an incident it’s important to react ASAP and to establish connections between different departments


You will:


Business as Usual (BAU):



  • Support the Incident Management process and update Incident Management documentation.

  • Research incident statistics, determine trends, and prepare reports.


During an Incident:



  • Identify the incident and start the Incident Management process.

  • Identify the correct procedures or channels for resolution and monitor resolution activity and progress updates to customers.

  • Establish connections between involved teams via Slack, video, and phone calls.


After an Incident:



  • Provide support during root cause analysis and root cause elimination activities.

  • Analyze incident activities and suggest improvements for the Incident Management process.

  • Ensuring that Incident tickets are in relevant status.


What makes you a great fit:



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Support or client-facing role at Exness.

  • Familiar with Exness products, systems, and responsible owners with the comfort level to work with internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Remain calm under pressure while leading people and managing multiple demands

  • Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

  • Excellent documentation skills inclusive of logging activities and incidents, with the ability to effectively tailor communication of technical issues to various audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with the forex industry or financial markets is a plus, but not required.
