Indirect Sourcing Specialist II

Supports Global Sourcing / Purchasing functions. Recommend the most appropriate and efficient method for the formation of strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvements. Source, RFQ, recommend and negotiate with vendors to optimize benefits and advantage to BSC. Resolve vendor disputes with an acceptable outcome for both vendor & BSC. Develop & compose bids specifications in addressing BSC needs, and organized & execute bidding processes with shortlisted vendors. Assist in the development of internal policies and tools necessary to implement strategic sourcing initiatives and prioritization. Provide periodic and ad hoc spend analysis reports. Assist in monitoring and tracking vendor performance through periodic financial reviews, product performance, customer satisfaction survey and outreach. Identify ongoing opportunities and approaches for streamlining analytical processes Candidate required process at least degree in related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in related field.
