Job Requirement: 
* Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in IT, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
* Experience candidate salary negotiable
* Fluent in Chinese, Malaysia and English.
* Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
* Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
* Computer literate and numerate.
* Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Good attitude and responsible character.

* Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.

Job Responsibility:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Assist the sales team with order processing, pricing inquiries, and product information. Coordinate sales activities to meet targets and deadlines.
* Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and managing correspondence.
* Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries to facilitate the sales process and ensure customer retention.

* Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to coordinate efforts and support overall business objectives.

* Assist in organizing and executing sales promotions, campaigns, and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
