JOB DESCRIPTION:

Able to handle customer enquiry and prepare quotations for client
Handle customer complaint
Able to assist manager or director in sales and marketing matters
Able to coordinate with logistics for delivery issues
Responsible for maintaining good business relationships with clients by providing support, guidance and recommending solutions
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
Develops sales opportunities & Bring in New Business by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
Vendor’s rates and service’s sourcing and compilation.
Market information checking and compilation.

REQUIREMENT:

Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Logistic & any equivalent diploma
Need to have experience in Logistic Industry (Sales)
Independent, self-motivated & aggressive.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Oriented.
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Knowledge of Mandarin is a must because HQ is located at CHINA and need to communicate in mandarin.
Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
