Indoor Sales 

Responsibilities

• Providing sales and administrative support to sales teams, attend to customer enquiries. 
• Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate, and communicate with the customer in order to close the order.
• To prepare PR sheet for purchased equipment. 
• Monitoring order progress and handle any issues that arise
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• To perform any other duties that may assigned by your superior or the Management 
• Assist on marketing event. 
• Proactively to send product information or promotional materials to customers

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in related field or similar role 
• An ability to prepare costing and quotation using MS Excel 
• Familiarity with customer/ supplier dealing. 
• Able to manage schedules and prioritize well, to deliver work on time
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. - remove
