Indoor Sales Representative

Position: Indoor Sales Representative
Salary Package: Basic RM3,000 + Comm RM2,000 - RM5,000
Working Location: Setapak, KL
Company Background: Boutique (Preloved Luxury)
Working Days: 6 off days per month (based on roster)
Working Hours: 11am - 7pm
Job Descriptions:
- Greet, serve and help to solve customers' enquiries and any issues they might have.
- Advise customers on product selection based on their needs and requirements.
- Generate sales and maintain customer relationship.
- Do live on social media to increase brand awareness and customer base.
- Handle online enquiries, such as replying chats.
- Record and keep accurate sales data and other sales related information. Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 1-2 years indoor sales experience
- Know to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Willing to do live, accept to present in front of screen, not camera-shy
