Industrial Fuels Territory Manager

• Execute the approved business plan to achieve territory targets and stewardship commitments.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts for sustainable volume and profitability.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion and propose strategies to increase market share.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, recommending responsive strategies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and value-added service.
• Collaborate with Supply & Distribution to support accurate product forecasting and planning.
• Provide guidance and training to customers on product use and best practices.
• Plan territory routes and sales calls efficiently to maximize return on time and resources.
• Optimize working capital by managing credit extension and minimizing outstanding receivables.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in industrial fuels, LPG, lubricants, or a related sales field is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Must be willing to travel and possess own transportation.
