Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, manage, and motivate sales team members and appointed real estate agents.
  • Provide relevant sales training and project briefings to sales staff and agents.
  • Manage the sales team’s routine activities.
  • Manage sales activities and maintain accurate, well -organized sales records.

Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Prepare annual sales targets.
  • Meet annual, monthly, and weekly sales targets for bookings and sales conversion.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports required by management.
  • Prepare the annual business plan for assigned projects.

Sales Events & Activities

  • Plan, create, and execute sales events and activities to generate sales.
  • Create public awareness through digital marketing, advertising, and other channels.

Agency & Vendor Sourcing

  • Source and engage high -performing real estate agencies.
  • Source and engage reliable service providers and event organizers.
  • Source alternate service providers for cost comparison to achieve cost -effectiveness.

Pricing & Product Strategy

  • Prepare price lists and proposals for projects.
  • Obtain accurate market survey information to guide product pricing.
  • Stay sensitive to market sentiment and trends to keep pricing proposals competitive.
  • Explore additional channels to reach the target market.
  • Apply creativity in product packaging to attract potential buyers.

Planning & Coordination

  • Propose launching schedules to management.
  • Manage the sales gallery and coordinate maintenance services with other departments.
  • Undertake any other sales and marketing assignments as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications 

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate Management, or equivalent.

Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the industrial property sector.

Competencies

  • Strong leadership and technical competencies.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • General knowledge of property rules, regulations, and guidelines.
