Penerangan Pekerjaan - Influencer Affiliates Executive

Sports Direct Malaysia is currently looking for Influencer Affiliates Executive to join our growing team. 

Sports Direct Malaysia currently operates a total of 39 retail stores domestically and manages a proprietary SportsDirect.com e-commerce site for domestic and regional fulfillment. Sports Direct Malaysia offers over 70 of the leading authentic global sports brands, offering the widest variety of choice and value. The company employs over 1000 staff with a view to expanding rapidly across Asia in the coming years.

We have developed a new generation of stores as part of our multi channel elevation strategy, to enhance the customer experience at every step of the journey. Our focus is on presenting an unrivalled range of quality products at excellent value in a modern spacious environment. The stores are uniquely zoned by key sports categories which include; SD Football, SD Running, SD Training (fitness, cross training, gym equipment, weights, boxing, yoga), SD Rackets (badminton, tennis, squash), SD Swimming (pool, beach, water sports), SD Sports (basketball, rugby, extreme games, cycling, skates & indoor games), SD Lifestyle (Men, Women & Kids) & SD Outdoor (Hiking, trekking, camping & fishing).

Job Description

Your responsibilities as Influencer Affiliates Executive will include but not limited to:

Affiliate Marketing

  • Manage and optimize the affiliate program, including recruiting and supporting new brand ambassadors.
  • Provide affiliates with best practices, guidelines, and tools to drive product promotion and sales.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, run test-and-learn initiatives, and optimize for higher ROI.
  • Track commissions and campaign results, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as required by the immediate supervisor.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.

KOL Marketing

  • Develop KOL marketing strategies to meet campaign objectives, focusing on reach, engagement, and UGC.
  • Identify and source relevant KOLs (macro to nano influencers) for brand campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate product seeding and influencer participation in events such as press conferences, store openings, and community activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs for ongoing collaboration.

Partnership Management

  • Develop and manage partnerships for events, membership programs and promotional activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners including banks, F&B brands, retailers, universities, and other brands.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate deals that align with business goals.
  • Oversee and track partnership performance to ensure alignment with objectives and deliver ROI.

Qualifications

Requirement:

Candidate must have the following requirement:

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience managing KOL or partnership.
  • Strong understanding of macro and nano KOLs and influencer sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
