Information Technology Executive

Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

• Manage and maintain hardware and networking systems including server, network devices and peripherals.
• Administer Microsoft software environments, including Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
• Execute SQL queries and generate Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Configure and manage Windows Server, Windows Active Directory, network
• firewalls, NAS devices, and network access points.
• Provide support for IT applications, including ERP systems, and participate in project implementation activities.
• Monitor and maintain email user accounts in Office 365, ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
• Monitor CCTV systems for security purposes and maintain the organization's website to ensure its functionality and security.
• Offer helpdesk support to end-users, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and provide timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and update software applications on user devices as needed.
• Work independently to manage daily IT tasks, prioritize workload, and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent background.
• Skilled in hardware, networking, Microsoft software, SQL query and Crystal Report.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills.
• Network Administration and Information Technology knowledge.
• Experience in IT Operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Able to communicate in trilingual to liaise with China vendor.
