Information Technology/ RPA Systems Engineer - Get Hired Fast

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and maintenance of end-to-end RPA (Robot Process Automation) solutions for in-house projects, ensuring seamless operations.
• Conduct daily monitoring of IT applications, meticulously analysing performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and swiftly resolving bugs to uphold system integrity.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine RPA processes, providing crucial support during deployment phases.
• Effectively communicate with RPA vendors and business stakeholders to align objectives and streamline workflows.
• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of RPA processes in tandem with stakeholders, driving operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the departmental strategy and roadmap by identifying and seizing improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to develop and maintain web applications.

Requirements: 

• Proficient in web development fundamentals, demonstrating expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong backend development skills using Python, PHP, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with frameworks/libraries such as Flask, Tailwind CSS, or Vue.js.
• Advantageous experience in RPA, Excel Macro, and Power Automate.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of process improvement and RPA concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Kanban, Agile, or Waterfall.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within a dynamic System Integrator environment.
• Industry experience in real estate, shipping, or maritime sectors is advantageous.
