Information Technology Support and Services - Fast Hire

Job Summary: 

Providing support for hardware and line of business applications, mobile devices, phones, applications, and escalating tickets to Global IT Shared Services for Network & Systems, Cybersecurity, and Business Applications when necessary; performing asset management, network triage, and access management. 

Job Descriptions: 

Providing IT support including: 

• Diagnose and resolve issues with manufacturing systems:  Bear Tracker, PLCs, machine cameras, thermal printers, etc.
• Diagnose and work with the Global Business Applications team to resolve issues with business applications:  Dynamics 365, Preactor, PDE, Ignition, Qlikview, etc.
• Procure, manage, and maintain printer toner/ink inventory, and Managed Print Program.
• Work with the Global Network & Systems team to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues.

Network and Systems: 

• Use Adaxes to manage user permissions for Active Directory and Network File Shares.
• Manage clients using remote tools (e.g., ScreenConnect, Microsoft Endpoint Manager).
• Manage print and file servers.
• Administer Panasonic PBX phone system, closed-circuit (CCTV) system, and public address (PA) system.
• Work with the Global Network & Systems team to coordinate and perform network and server maintenance (e.g., configuration changes, deployments).
• Manage IT vendor relationships in collaboration with the IT Services Manager of Global Shared Services.
• You will collaborate with coworkers in the United States and must be available to attend meetings outside of regular business hours.
• Other duties as assigned by KL Senior Finance Manager, IT Services Manager of Global Shared Services, or IT Director of Global Infrastructure.  

Requirement: 

• Possessed excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent troubleshooting skills.  
• Must adhere to and enforce all Company's Information Technology and Cybersecurity processes, standards, and policies.
• Able and willing to work stretch hours, weekends, and public holidays occasionally when needs occur.
• Able and willing to travel from Plant to Plant and outside of the base location from time to time when needs occur.
• Perform duties safely and comply with the SH&E requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
• 5+ years of IT Support experience.
• CompTIA A+ Certification is required.
• ITIL Foundations, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MTA, or Microsoft Fundamentals are highly desired.
• Experience in manufacturing is highly desired.
