Penerangan Pekerjaan - Infra Support Engineer

  • Manage patching activities and technology upgrades across OS, middleware, and databases.
  • Execute server patching/upgrades on schedule and coordinate with team members for support when needed.
  • Use Linux commands to perform system checks and analyze logs for errors.
  • Guide application teams on pre- and post-patch validation steps.
  • Run basic SQL queries to assess database performance after patching.
  • Good experience in infrastructure support.
  • Good experience in Patching activity and Tech Upgrades (OS + MW + DB)
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with OS, middleware, and database patching/upgrade.
  • Familiarity with log analysis and error resolution.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with application and support teams.
