In-House Sales Coordinator

We are seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and social media-friendly individuals to join our team as a Indoor Sales Coordinator. You will be mainly responsible for assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports. 

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle order processing for our sales team which includes entering sales orders, delivery orders, and sales invoices into the system.
• Manage the delivery schedule including arranging the delivery of goods to customers by courier / dispatch.
• Collaborate on sales strategies.
• Promote awareness of health products through social media 
• Stay updated on market trends and nutritional findings.
• Manage inventory.
• Build strong customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin preferred.
• Commitment to continuous learning in nutrition.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Canva, and Word.
• Meticulous, patient, friendly, service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
