Job Scope
- Liasie with supplier on pricing and stock availability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Deliver a positive customer service experience.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Work out pricing by negotiating costing with supplier and provide the best selling price for sales and customer.
- Consistently keep in touch with customer to provide delivery status update.
- Consistently keep in touch with customer to provide pricing in a prompt manner.
- Experienced in selling technology such as mobile devices, tablets, laptops and software.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/ Degree in any area.
- Experience in IT industry would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and hardworking.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and demonstration skills.
- Team player who is able to maintain an effective working relationship.
- Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply.
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel
