-Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role (We are open to candidates with experience in B2C and B2B sales)-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Confidence to engage in productive conversations with your clients over the phone via cold calling to help them solve their recruitment challenges-Sales-driven, aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure-Enjoy engaging with people and possess an inquisitive mind to understand client needs
