Key Responsibilities :

• Follow up on online/offline inquiry from potential customer to purchase cruise vacation package. (No need to hunt for new sales)
• Assist customer to reserve cruise booking, low cost flight, transfer, hotel booking, ground arrangement and etc.
• Keep records of customer information, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales
• Work as a team to achieve team target
• Opportunity to participate in Marketing Event, such as roadshow and travel fairs.

 Qualification & Requirement :

• Fresh Graduates with Diploma/Degree in any related course are encouraged to apply!
• Training will be provided.
• Required to speak and write in Mandarin and English - Incumbent need to liaise with mandarin stakeholder and customer. 

Added advantages if you have criteria below:

• Experience in GDS : Amadeus will be an advantage
• Min 1 years of experience in Sales or Travelling related industry
