Inside Sales Executive - Urgent Hiring

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold-calling to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
• Identify & grow new potential accounts and service existing customers.
• Love to interact with people to promote existing products to potential customers.
• Result-oriented to achieve sales team targets and increase revenue.
• Great team player to assist and support outdoor sales team members.
• Maintain good relationship and provide after sales support to customer.
• Prepare quotation, sales order, payment collection, follow up, sales report and other ad-hoc work related to sales.
• Provide after-sales support, address customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, dealer ordering/delivery arrangement/CN process. 
• Efficiently respond to any whatsapp message, email or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Coordinate and able to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
• Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment.
• Any other ad hoc duties assign by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Diploma in any field.
• Preferably 1 years of sales experience in any field.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply too.
• Aggressive, Result oriented and self-motivated.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably Mandarin and English Speaking.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
