Inside Sales Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of sales representatives, drive sales performance, and ensure customer satisfaction while working from home under the management from Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide remote training, guidance, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Malaysia.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders in the Malaysian market.
• Conduct remote market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to management in Singapore.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in Malaysia.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Willingness to work from home and travel within Malaysia as required.
