Instructor - Urgent Position

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Lecturer to deliver educational content for our Airport Ground Handling and Ramp Services course at AME Training Academy. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in aviation operations who is passionate about educating the next generation of aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Effectively deliver comprehensive lectures on airport ground handling and ramp services that cover all necessary theories, practices, and regulations.
2. Regularly update course material to ensure it aligns with current industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
3. Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and application of the course material. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students.
4. Act as a mentor and advisor to students, providing career guidance and support throughout their educational journey.
5. Work closely with other faculty members, industry experts, and professionals to enhance interdisciplinary learning and practical exposure for students.
6. Participate in workshops, seminars, and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest developments in aviation training and operations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of Diploma in Aviation Management or related field.
2. At least 3 years of substantial experience in airport ground operations, with a deep understanding of ramp services.
3. Previous teaching experience in a higher education setting is highly desirable.
