Intellectual Property Accountant and Administrative

This position is for a US based company and related businesses. Duties :

• Diverse role including administrative work, bookkeeping, purchases, some sales and sales admin, and some processing.
• Bookkeeping including payroll, taxes, reconciliations, invoices, expenses
• Entity formation and maintenance
• Office filings and organization
• Upkeep and organization of our software systems and digital assets
• Purchases and oversight on inventory levels
• Assistance with marketing
• Maintain cleanly work environment
• Knowledge of regulations and commitment to compliant procedures in a highly regulated industry
• Proper use of time tracking software and working to a schedule
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to work without loud distracting music/radio/podcasts
• Comply with employment contract and confidentiality agreement

Required and preferred experience and knowledge:

• Required 21 years of age or older
• Required administrative and bookkeeping experience
• Preferred experience with Adobe Suite, marketing, sales
• Preferred college diploma

Pay:
From RM18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education :

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience : Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)

• Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)

Language :

• English (required)

License/Certification:

• CPA (preferred)
