Responsibilities:
To assist Senior Sales Manager in the entire project & product sales process. To ensure high customer satisfaction by establishing effective communications with the clients and attending to customers’ complaints and concerns. Visit customer’s site, attend site meeting to resolve site issues. To work with supplier, contractor, and consultant. Produce costing documents, quotation to clients on time. Coordinate the external scheduling for service/ project works with clients. Follow up on job status and completion and send the report, DO and invoice to client on time. Report to Manager on sales prospects, project execution, weekly reviews, payment collection, after sales service, etc. Communicates and works closely with the other project departments. To take on any other ad hoc project as and when assigned by the Management and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Requirement
Candidate MUST be able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia. At least 1 years of working experience in outdoor sales experience of the similar industry. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point. Cheerful personality and customer oriented with pleasant personality. Willing to work during weekend when necessary (replacement OT-leave will be provided). Other Benefit :
