A well-established interior design firm is now actively looking for young & enthusiastic talents to join the team! We are looking to hire people with a passion for growth and contribution to the built environment.

(A) JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPOSIBILITIES

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent

• Required skill(s): 3D Max, Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-Ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop..

• Excellent communication skills, Highly creative, imaginative and artistic. Especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision

• Experience working on the initial project design with a team, including developing Photoshop elevations and 3D renderings

• Carry out design concepts and construction drawings, 3D perspectives, layout plans, and knowledge in residential and commercial projects

• Ability to work in a team with positive attitude, pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to learn

• Willing to learn and always seek for improvements

• Must be able to understand materials finishes. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc,construction material requirements and high attention to detail.

• Establish and cultivate good relationships with clients, enabling trust in our products and services

• Facilitate key communication between client and team members, and collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure the overall quality of project delivery in meeting client’s expectations

• Stay abreast of industry trends, home renovation and interior design solutions

• Support fellow team members and the Head of Division in any initiatives, plans and activities as and when required

• At least 1- 3 years of working experiences in the related field is required
