Job Description

• Develop creative design concepts and space plans that meet client requirements and budget constraints.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concept to suit client's requirement.
• Handling all design related scope including conceptual design, space planning and 3D visual.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications for construction and installation.
• Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project’s aesthetic and functional goals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate interior designs with structural elements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure designs are feasible and adhere to budget constraints.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to update them on project progress and incorporate their feedback.
• Produce detailed documentation including design briefs, specifications, cost estimates, and project reports.

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience at least 2-3 years in interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, 3Ds Max, Sketch up.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good attitude, good time management skill, ability to organize, plan, meet deadline & work under pressure.
• Transportation needed.
