Interior Designer

Key Requirements:

• Work closely with Design & Project Lead to implement the project and be able to develop a complete set of construction details drawings.
• Strong command of presentation skill
• Strong design leadership and independent
• Able to perform Team Management, Training & Mentoring
• Excellent organisational skills and client management
• Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
• Resilient in coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines.
• Understanding of financial aspects of running a design project on time and budget
• Demonstrate a high level of professional integrity
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience in the related field
  
• 3-6 years + Interior Design Experiences
• Strong Knowledge of the UBBL code of conduct and regulations.
• Must be skilled in ACAD, and modelling software i.e SKP / 3D Max
• knowledge of 3D Rendering software will be an advantage
• The position is open only to Malaysians
