We are an interior design and build company that is well established in this industry with over 3 decades of experience, specializing in commercial, retail as well as F&B projects. We possess our own production facility to support our on site construction works and our core team members consists of a diverse mix of young and more seasoned individuals. Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree Holder in Interior Design/Architecture/CAD Draftsman or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad, MS Office
• Additional/Bonus skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3ds Max, Sketchup
• Preferably 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates specialising in Interior Design drafting / drawing are encouraged to apply
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Tasks & responsibilities

• To prepare full set drawings including but not limited to furniture layout plan, setting out plan, reflected ceiling plan, floor plan, elevations and detailed drawings and others.
• To travel to project/work site periodically for site measurements
• To liaise with Projects, QS & Operations departments to clarify any draft issue
• To liaise with building management and submission authorities
• To prepare as-built drawing
• To prepare drawing for clients' approval & amend drawings as needed
• To perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
