Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related studies.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Proficient in modelling software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max and Adobe Creative Suite (optional).
• Experience in leading ID projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Follow up / meeting client and produce furniture layout plan, style proposal & quotation based on customer's requirement.
• Presenting ideas and concepts to clients accordingly
• Produce creative ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
• Coordinate and manage site progress with the project manager
• Manage project costs, collaborate closely with 3D visualizer and colleagues from relevant departments
