Interior Designer - Fashion Boutique - Career Growth Potential

Job Responsibilities

• Contributing to the concept and design development for boutique renovation including preparing mood board, material preference that  up to latest trend in the market.
• Responsible for design layout including prepare drafting and construction/ technical drawings for construction.
• Enable to provide 3D perspective using relevant software with understanding on lighting effect to enhance overall render outcome.
• Assist to develop innovative and efficient design solutions and adaptations for boutique renovation.
• Participate creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that design solutions are visually compelling and in line with brand guidelines.
• Participate in research, selection and specification of interior finishes, furniture, fixture, and equipment.
• Assist manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
• Able to provide innovative solutions to resolve both technical and design challenges when required.
• Responsible for alignment of designs according to internal brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the teams during the content construction/designing phase.
• Work with relevant parties to ensure project able to deliver the project goal.

Job Requirements

• University degree, BA in Interior Design/ Interior Architect is preferred.
• Good understanding of design drawings and materials specification.
• Good skill using Autocad to produce technical drawing
• Good skill in render 3D perspective software.
• Must have interior design experience for retail environment.
• Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Stakeholders’ management experience including dealing with contractors and mall operators is a bonus. 
• Strategic Thinking and great foresight.
• Responsible personality and good communication skills.
