Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire design process, from the conceptual phase up to the presentation and completion of the design.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
• Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
• Create detailed interior design plans, including space planning, colour schemes, furniture selection, lighting and finishes.
• Select and source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in the selection of fixtures, finishes and furnishings.

Qualifications

• Wiling to relocate to Singapore
• Interior designer graduate with at least 1-year experience
• Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Malay
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors
