JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.
- Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
- Takes accurate as built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
- Creates project budgets and maintains up to date documentation of all activities.
- Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation.
- Provides follow up support with customers.
- Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers.
REQUIREMENT :
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Diploma / Advance / Higher/ Graduate Diploma In Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required language (s) Mandarin (communicate with the customer and supplier from China), English , Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive or manager specialized in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Autocad & 3D Max with Vray.
- Must be willing to lead the design team and be the creative drive of the project team.
- To be meticulous with given design projects.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
