Interior Designer - Rewarding Work

Responsibilities:-

• Provide design and documentation support on projects of various sizes and complexities
• Able to produce conceptual interior design drawings for presentation to clients and working drawings, detail drawing for construction.
• Prepare drawings in accordance with the design requirements and specification.
• Use in-depth knowledge of design principles, concepts and best practices to create a project plan that includes :-
  • Detailed layouts
  • Technical models and drawing
  • Estimate for time, cost, materials and equipment.
• Ensure plans adhere to all building regulations.
• Maintain all relevant documentations, correspondence and records of work
• Work together with project teams to brainstorm for design direction and conceptualization.
• To attend relevant project meeting, site meeting, coordination meeting and site visits.
• Creative thinking and good problem solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in the team.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Good in Auto CAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS word, MS Excel.
• Able to write and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the design process, furniture systems, colour and materials
• Good graphic presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly.
• Being creative, well plan with attentive to details and good at time management
