Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture, business, marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the interior design industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Experience in preparing and negotiating proposals and contracts
• Passion for design and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts that align with client requirements and industry trends.
• Present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings prepared by design team, to clients for approval.
• Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that meet design standards and budgetary guidelines.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Coordinate with production team to ensure smooth execution of design projects.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the design and installation process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and best practices to continuously enhance design offerings and client satisfaction.
