Ray & Mist Renovation Sdn Bhd, established in 2015, is a build and design renovation company focused on transforming spaces into innovative, functional, and visually appealing environments. Primary operational areas cover the Kuala Lumpur and various other districts across Selangor.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
• Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for creating technical drawings.
• Experience in Sales Representative will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret sketches, specifications, and other design documents.
• Create detailed and accurate technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Work closely with customers in recommending ID fit-out designs i.e. wall panel, kitchen, wardrobes and space planning solutions.
• To prepare 3D visualizations and 2D construction drawings / or liaise with support team to prepare the drawings.
• Address any design changes or modifications as required during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to established drafting standards and procedures.
• Assist in creating project plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, while reviewing and adjusting drawings to meet project
