Responsibilities:

Produce design concepts.
Prepare design presentations for client.
Producing construction plans and design drawings using Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, V Ray.
Coordinating with external professional consultants such as contractors, architects, carpenters, engineers and plumbers to integrate requirements and meet overall project objectives.
Ensure the design meets the client's requirements and specifications.
Undertake site inspections and surveys
Able to meet the deadline and work under pressure. Provide creativity in interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and colour coordination

Requirements:

At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the field of INTERIOR DESIGN is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS PowerPoint, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketchup
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin / Cantonese
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Fully Vaccine Required
Willing to travel outstation
