Intern for Events/ Conferences - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities:

 • Assist in the co-ordination of event logistics, including venue selection, transportation arrangements and accommodation for participants or guests; • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event; 

• Communicate with vendors, sponsors and other stakeholders to co-ordinate their involvement and ensure they meet event requirements;

 • Co-ordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure a smooth flow of activities during the event; • Focus on data collection, analysis and reporting for event improvement. Core Skills: 

• Ability to communicate effectively; 

• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. KPIS: 

• Adherence to the allocated budget for events; 

• Effectively complete assigned tasks within specified timelines; 

• Timely and effective communication with attendees, sponsors and team members. Requirements:- 

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, hospitality or related fields; 

• Knowledge in marketing and communications; 

• Proficiency in public relations and public speaking; 

• Good spoken and written English.
