Position Title: Intern - HR & Administration
Working Days and Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
What you will do:
Organising and updating the internal database
Digitising HR records
Gathering, recording and analysing payroll data like attendance, leave and claims
Assisting in organising company activities and courier services
Assisting in office management, staff welfare and purchase requisitions
Assisting interviews and guest management
Requirements :
Malaysian
Able to commit 3 months (13 weeks)
Hunger to Learn
High emotional intelligence and positive attitude
Able to Multitask
