Responsibilities:

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.), and screening resumes.
• Help maintain recruitment-related databases.
• Support HR team in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruitment activities.
• Support HR team in organizing and conducting new hire orientation sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
• Collaborate with team members on special HR projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing in a relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma program (Human Resources, any relevant field).
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel. 
• Eager to learn attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to commute between office in Sunway and Cheras.
