Intern Recruitment Assistant - Exciting Challenge

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including, posting job openings, screening resumes, and arranging interview appointments.
• Schedule Interview appointments with candidates, follow up, and get confirmation.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries
• Assist on performing the administration on documentation
• Participate in HR-related meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our processes.

Requirements:

• Welcome all candidates who are looking for internships on Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Open for an internship position for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Required Language: Mandarin & English
