Intern Telemarketer - Basic RM 1500 Incentive - Join a Market Leader

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic intern telemarketer to join our sales team. As an intern telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and convincing them to make a purchase.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

- Malaysian citizen currently pursuing a diploma or degree in any field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales skills and ability to convince customers.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

- Prior telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
