Internal Auditor / Senior Internal Auditor - Urgent

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete the Cinema and HQ audit within the given timeline and ensure that Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) are followed to minimize non-compliance and leakage.
• Monitor and reduce issues highlighted in previous audit reports.
• Identify lapses and recommend improvement to the internal control procedures.
• Liaison with other departments to ensure deadlines in replying to queries are met.
• Perform cinema spot-checks whenever necessary to eradicate poor practices, performances, negligence and others which may tarnish company image and reputation.
• Draft comprehensive and structured audit report and perform other administrative duties.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least bachelor's degree in accounting or its equivalent
• Application is open to new graduates. The Senior Executive position will be open to candidates who have 2-5 years' experience in internal auditing and strong knowledge of internal control.
• Demonstrated strong preparation & anticipation before a audit / plan being conducted. 
• Good communication & report writing skill, interpersonal skill and able to deal with all levels of personnel.
• Highly motivated, independent, pleasant and dynamic personality with strong desire to excel.
• Strong analytical, meticulous and team player.
• Computer literate.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.
